Even on the most popular programs like ninety day fiancé half the time is repetition of past weeks' footage - not even re-edited just lazily copied over and over. It seems like a half hour so called " new " program is made out of a five minute conversation - and then we the audience are asked to sit through up to fifteen or sixteen interminable ads just to be bored to tears again.

I would never pay for Discovery plus - I'm actually thinking of giving up TV altogether due to lack of meaninful interesting programming. You're BORING me into getting a life lol even during Covid!

Why would discovery thinks its okay to put a show on about a meth dealer like she was selling flowers? There is nothing funny or cool about a drug dealer who ruins lives not only of the person buying but the families who have to deal with the aftermath of a addicted love one. She was and is a loser yet Discovery channel wants to idolize and pay her for mostly likely thousands of overdoses! What a pathetic show to air!

We signed up for discovery to watch one show we perused the site to see if we would be interested in watching more, we were not, to watch one show we were required to get a subscription, when we went to cancel there was no way to cancel apparently we signed up with Roku we hit the star button on Roku so we could manage subscriptions but there was no manage subscriptions choice, I emailed them several times and finally got one response back that said they were sorry to see us go but they would cancel it, one week later, today, they charged my account I am livid! I left a message on one phone number that I actually got through after researching phone numbers to get a hold of them and I emailed the person back who said they would cancel it, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would never sign up for discovery again.

Also, I tried to post a review on the Better Business Bureau and I was not able to.

ID is my very favorite channel but the constant advertising for Discovery+ makes my head hurt! If I want it, I'll get it but the constant, non-stop advertising makes me NOT want to get it!

So, how long is it gonna be before the Discovery Channel takes all of it's programs off of regular TV and makes us pay for everything With their "PLUS" networks...? It's coming! Thank goodness for Prime TV and Hulu.

Since discovery plus came out... I have really felt cheated by the discovery channel... can't watch what we want unless you pay $... Such a shame that an educational channel is now all about the money$... I'm taking it off my line up

The website and the tv shows - all content created by them was really educational and interesting since I remember myself in the childhood. Thanks for that!

Some shows I what on discovery are being moved to discovery +. I already pay for Discovery in my cable package but to take shows away and hold them hostage is wrong,. If I want to continue to watch I have to pay even more. I just will take the discovery channels out of my lineup so I no longer will get caught in this trap. Don't pay extra or they will feel there is nothing wrong with this behavior.

Discovery NOLA wasnt the only one that got "hustled" JJ hustled you guys also. Not once but twice. He hustled you guys out of a couple hundred thousand dollars right into his pocket by rigging these races in his favor. Changing rules and changing starting spots he picked out a nice slick area of pavement. Made two lines to make sure the back tires where exactly where he wanted them and then tuned his own cars to it in advance. While the other cars were tuned to a different launching line. JJ is the king of Hustle and Tricks and in this case he not only screwed the competition but you financed it. Did Discovery really think JJ wouldnt rig this in his favor? That is what he does! That is his entire gig! Social Media is on fire and 95% of all opinions are bad. You know the saying "Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me". What do they say about fool me a third time? For a channel known for its quality and honest programming your high paid TV execs didnt even have a clue they were part of a con game by a con man. I will still watch Discovery but dont count on me being there for season 3.

For the Discovery channel, this is such a "CON JOB". I'm a tradesman in my 36th year, & for myself & the other millions of other licensed trade qualified people out there, have got to feel like myself, with this self tagged (master mechanic) - X copper?
Who is just monkey see monkey do from U-tube, & is given the title of Master mechanic? This rubbish must be recorded in the U. S, So I'm not sure of the trade certifications handed out there, But here in Australia All trade certifications are under strict guide lines, where to become a tradesman, you have to complete a 4 year apprenticeship of which your under the supervision of a licensed & qualified tradesman at all times for those 4 years, as well as attending 7 weeks straight every year of the apprenticeship at a government trade school, having to learn the theory & practical of the trade, where at the end of each 7 week attendance final exams are given where if failed?, not only do you receive a fail, you also will lose your apprenticeship & will be fired on the spot, where usually for a 15 to 19 year old kid?. It's a lot of pressure. Then once your have completed your 4 years apprenticeship in your trade, you'll receive your trade certification certificate where the government licences you as a tradesman of which your required to keep your trade licence paid up every year. My trade is a fitter where working diesels & heavy mechanics is my gig, & after being in the trade for over 35 years, I've trained many apprentice's, also working along side many other fine tradesman too!, & if any tradesman labeled him or her self a master? They would get laughed out of the work shop never being able to be taken seriously ever again, & would be considered by their fellow tradesman as a total wanker who totally loves them self. Over my years of working in my trade, I've worked with some very well experienced tradey's, but one thing i know & this will not matter any where in the world, & tradesman who are labeled masters? Are always, & I mean always are in their late 50's to early 60's, & a master "never ever" calls them self a master!, As they are given this tag from their fellow tradesman who work along side them for a very long time where they get to see the experience & talent on show. That's why a bunch of discovery wankers who have no clue of a good from a so so tradesman, give the prestige title of Master to some $#*! who looks good on camera? All you wankers along with that Ant clown should be ashamed of your self's, for putting this false title of supreme workmanship for a F#^K wit! When you have other tradesman on your other shows who are not yet masters in their trade, But are still very special, where they are 20 times more deserving Eg; The dude who runs "Texas metal", or that Martin dude, where even those extremely super talented tradesman would never call them self's a master! Because like myself being in my trade for all this time?, there's always something new to learn, & you must always be still be willing to listen to other's new ways of doing things too! Any wanker with half a brain, who has the rite tools, & a computer logged on to U-tube, can take on any job these days, But only a trade qualified experienced tradesman can can take on any job sight unseen, & have it back up & running, By their years of time tested know how skills. You discovery clowns should be ashamed of your self's for trying to pull such a load of BU#L SH#T over people who know better. But i tell you this, any thing with that Ant wanker, or Ant & that fat british used car sales man sly grub? Will not be on my T. V ever, "EVER" again! You producers of that False rubbish "Ant" crap, should do fairy tales instead! This is how stupid this Ant show is, where Even that Ant clown pulled one stupid statement where he harped on about your car shows, where silly deadlines & false dramas are put in them, But then this "goose" starts off his show stating he's go a 12 week deadline? One thing I'm sure of is, if any tradesmen see's his show? They'll be able to see straight through it in the 1st 10/15 seconds, & have the same consideration of it as myself, & that it's such SH#T! & nothing but!
